Return Policy for DentaMall
Effective Date: April 8, 2025
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return unopened, unused products purchased from DentaMall within 14 days of delivery. Returns must meet the following criteria:
- Products are in original packaging.
- Items are undamaged and unused.
- Return request is submitted via email to Support@dentamall.com with your order number.
2. Products Not Eligible for Return
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Expired or perishable products (e.g., dental supplies with expiration dates).
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
- Items returned after the 14-day window.
3. Return Process
- Notify Us: Email Support@dentamall.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: We will confirm eligibility and provide a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Ship Back: Send the item to:

4. Exceptions
- Damaged During Shipping: Report damage within 48 hours of delivery. Photos must be provided.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to returned items.
- Final Sale Items: Products marked "Final Sale" are non-returnable.
5. Refund Timing
- Refunds take 3–5 business days to process after approval.
- Delivery times for refunds depend on your payment method (e.g., bank transfer, credit card).
